Have you tried nasi cikur? it was my first experience try this kind of rice. Cikur is Kencur in Javanesse or Kaempferia galanga (dont ask me about this stuff). Bandung has this famous place to eat nasi cikur, located inside Dago Resort, turn right after you see water fountain. I love their dendeng sapi or beef dendeng, and paru, and you need to try their usus.
