I have new favorite place! It's located in Dago Pakar. But unfortunately the road to reach the place is really really bad, i mean the worst. Just be careful when you go there. But the view is worth the pain hahaha.

You could choose your favorite spot in D'pakar because they just scattered the table all over the place. They have some various meals that you could choose. I dont have any favorite because i just want to see the view :p. But my friend said that the sausage is good, go try that.

The best time to go there i think at 10.00-16.00 because you still could see clearly the green hills and not too dangerous because like i said earlier, the road is dangerous to take when dark. Just in case you lost, here's map to get there.
