If you ask, how's after wedding life? i will said with voice from top of my lung, IT'S GREAAT! hahaha. Nope, i didnt exaggerate it, it is really that fun, new experience you would love, trust me *wink*.

But this post isnt about my married life, it's about the place we went for honeymoon. Actually we had 2 different places for honeymoon. First, we went to Jogja. I love this city so much,  there's something about this city that ask me to come back for more. Well maybe it's because my parent loved to take me there for family vacation every other week. Surprisingly my husband love this city too. He went there for KP when he was in college, lived there for two whole months! So we decided to go there for the sake our heart for the city. It was a like my dream, strolling the city i loved, holding hands and the rain drizzle a little. I feel like inside a movie

After two night in Jogja, we went back to Bandung for another honeymoon trip. I desperately want to have camping there. The place called Legok Kondang Glamping. If you dont know what glamping is, it's from the words Glamour Camping. You will be very very comfortable staying there. Tho you live in the tent but you will feel like living inside hotel room. Each tent have a bathroom (which very clean), comfortable bed (no sleeping inside sleeping bag with backache when wake up), breakfast in the morning (bye instant noodle), 24 hours hot baverage, beautiful scenery, cool air, and because our room supposedly for 4 people, and we only 2 people they offered us free BBQ dinner (yaaayness!). 

You better have reservation first because they got full booked especially on the weekend. Mostly this place used for family gathering from office. I just knew the meaning of legok, it's like a cavity (?) surrounded by greenery and mountain. It's surrounded by vegetables garden too. You could take a walk in the morning to see around the place.

The fun part was they only have a single road to reach the place and the road very slippery and a bit uphill. It was only for one car, if you accidentally meet car from the other way, you need to go reverse. But thankfully they offer to park you car at the parking area and take you to Glamping Village with their car. But because my husband's car somehow ready for the road, they ask us to just go there by ourselves. It was fun but also scary.

Dont forget to bring lots of mineral water, because they didnt provide inside tent. They provided it outside your tent, with coffee and tea also. Dont forget bring your warm outfits, it gets really cold at night and in the morning.

The staffs are really nice and helpful, breakfast was fine too (love the kacang ijo!). If you want to have a new experience with you family or your friends, this place could be a really great choice for weekend.

Hello guys! I'm thrilled to announce that i'm now officially someone's wife hahaha still pretty weird when he introduce me like "oh this is my wife". Every time he said that i scrunched my lips a bit to hold the big smile. Yep, i'm that grateful and beyond happy! We had a wonderful wedding party last two weeks with family and close friends came all the way to my hometown, Surabaya.

I did everything with the help of my family. I didnt hire WO because i want to reduce wedding cost (can you believe it how much money we spent only for one day occasion?crazyyyyy). If you have big family and they are willing to help you are lucky! But if you dont want to make them exhausted with your party, you also can hire an organizer.

I only invite few people, that include family from both side and close friends only. I did get some 'negative' comment about my decision from both my parent's friends or from my family or from my own friends who didnt get invitation. But i'm so so so sorry, it was my once of a lifetime occasion and i want it to as near as my dream wedding. Intimate, warm, rustic theme and DIY off course.

Alhamdulilah i DIY-ed everything as many as i could. Invitation, souvenirs, guest book, placemat, table sign, guest book pen, wedding hanger, bridesmaid card, pengajian book, souvenir pengajian. I did those after my working hours and on the weekend. I sent it to my home so my family could help to prepare it. It was so fun doing it but also exhausted hahaha but really, the relief feeling after the guest said that they love it so much (woohooo) wash away all the drama behind it.

I got help by 3 incredible vendors for Photo and Video, Decoration and Make up. You can not do those by yourself (duh). They did the work above my expectation and i was soooo happy with the result. Look at these pics, the rustic decor and my face who looked so pretty hahaha.

I had mingle party theme which not very common in my country. I dont want just awkwardly  standing there without speaking with anyone and not eating anything because i need to stand and smile the whole night, nope not my type. My parent agree right away when i gave the idea that i want a sit down party and only invite few people. Alhamdulilaaah i have a very supportive parents and family. And thankfully my husband's family were very cooperative with my uncommon idea about reception.

Words won't adequate how i feel, the happy feeling but also scared haha. Excited but anxious also. But being married with this incredible guy, i know it'll be a fun journey to do . Tho i just knew him only a year but i know he is the one. Thank you for being so good to me all the time.

I personaly want to say thank you for the good wishes for our new little family, thank you for coming to our wedding party, thank you for our family for the helping hands, thank you for the vendor who help us to make that day more perfect, not to forget so many grateful to Allah SWT for his blessing to us and everyone.

So the big news is i'm getting married in the of the week. The wedding jitter happened now and then but fortunattely still bearable. Here's the glimpse from the preparation for the big day! Wish us lucks!
